Institute for study of covert religion and politics does a great job on the Dutroix Affair and Pilgrim Society to which Rex Tillerson is initiated.
Dutroix is not unique to Belgium; 9th Circle is in International Court now; members Pope Francis, Benedict, Justin Welby, Bush Sr, Tony Blair et all are all accused of child kidnapping, ritual torture/sex/sacrifice, cannibalism. It’s their belief that Sins must become more egregious to force the return of Jesus to the final battle of Good and Evil; they just think Lucifer will win.
